Where the Wind Rests – Daegeum Meditation

Beneath the curved wooden eaves of a quiet mountain temple, a small wind chime sways gently in the breeze. From this stillness rises the sound of the daegeum, a traditional Korean bamboo flute known for its deep, breathing tone.

Its voice is not loud or dramatic — it moves like the wind itself: soft, spacious, and unhurried. Each note carries the warmth of wood, air, and time, inviting you to slow your thoughts and return to your breath. The music does not demand attention; it simply flows, creating space for calm awareness.
