Solo escucha, siente, y poco a poco regresarás al silencio. Un bosque silencioso donde tu mente puede reposar… esto es «Tranquilidad entre las olas de bambú».

Debió de salir porque el camino estaba caliente. Desde lejos, me pareció una serpiente venenosa. La toqué con una rama y se estremeció, adoptando una postura de ataque. Si te muerde una serpiente, debes ir al hospital más cercano de inmediato. Pensé en matarla, pero la dejé ir. Si un ciclista la hubiera atropellado, podría haber sido peligroso. La mayoría de las serpientes en Corea no son venenosas. La tasa de mortalidad es relativamente baja.   La serpiente de cascabel común (Gloydius brevicaudus) está activa en octubre e hiberna alrededor de noviembre. También se encuentra en China y Rusia. Para evitar serpientes, lo mejor es caminar por senderos anchos, ya que son más fáciles de detectar.   

En un bosque de bambú bajo la lluvia, el ruido del mundo se desvanece lentamente. El sonido de las hojas meciéndose con el viento y las gotas de lluvia cayendo, impregna profunda y silenciosamente, como si purificara la mente. Esta música es un sonido meditativo y sanador, creado a partir de la tranquilidad de Oriente y el aliento de la naturaleza. En este momento, está bien no hacer nada. Simplemente respira, escucha y conéctate con la naturaleza. Tu mente ya está en el bosque tranquilo.

Bajo la luz de la luna que se eleva suavemente sobre el mar nocturno y tranquilo, la mente regresa a su lugar. Las olas acarician la orilla y las hojas rojas revolotean con el viento, desapareciendo y reapareciendo. Esta música fue creada para un instante de silencio, para dejar de lado el ruido del mundo y conectar profundamente contigo mismo. No necesitas ir a ningún lado ni hacer nada. Solo respira, siente y vive el presente. La tranquilidad ya reside en ti. Extrae esa paz con calma y despliégala bajo la luz de la luna. En este momento, tu mente es completamente tuya. Embárcate en un viaje de profunda relajación y meditación, acompañado de sonidos   relajantes   .

Luna y Agua, Música de Meditación

Es una planta grande , de más de un metro de altura. Me detuve un momento mientras iba en bicicleta para tomar una foto. Originaria del este de América del Norte, se ha naturalizado en Corea y se encuentra en las regiones central y sur.    

El mío era un candado de moto resistente, así que el intento del ladrón fracasó. Corea es un país seguro , pero los ladrones de bicicletas son bastante comunes. Al parecer, el ladrón había intentado robar temprano por la mañana, pero al fracasar, tiró la moto al suelo. Me sorprendió, pero también me asusté un poco. Si viviera cerca, me habría visto en bici. Fue escalofriante. Tenía un candado de repuesto, así que debió de molestarse. Casi pierdo mi bici de 800 dólares. Ojalá Arabia Saudí tratara todos los delitos con la misma severidad. Las penas por delitos en Corea son demasiado leves, sobre todo por fraude.

El otoño en Corea es el apogeo del follaje otoñal. Un templo tranquilo y música de meditación sanadora.      

Una oruga encontrada mientras caminaba entre los arbustos. Se asemeja a la superficie de una serpiente venenosa. Al principio pensé que el lado con cuernos era la cabeza, pero al observarlo más de cerca, en realidad es el lado opuesto. Se alimenta de cosas como la hiedra. Mide unos 8 cm de largo. Aunque visualmente impactante, no representa una amenaza para los humanos.

 Un lugar que descubrí mientras montaba en bicicleta. Te hace sentir el estado de ánimo del otoño. Los árboles de atrás son ginkgos. Se está construyendo un camping.   Mucha gente tomaba fotos de cosmos. El fin de año se acerca rápidamente. El tiempo parece pasar demasiado rápido.
