Cosmos season finally came. Unfortunately one kind of cool in the morning and evening, but still hot during the day. 7 km away from home, shared the abundance of rivers. Should be in a cool October day it's gonna ... Mosquitoes, flies, no seasonal discomfort index ... Come, O Come ...

As expected, reptiles are weak in winter.

 I picked up a long-tailed snake around September, in the fall. I fed it crickets and raised it well, but it died around December. It was fun to hold and pet, but it's a shame.   When I was serving in the military, I often saw lizards while on guard duty. They were such a welcome companion, helping me to relieve my boredom.
